Guests can cancel their reservations up to 10 days prior to their arrival date for a $35 administration fee. A cancellation 9 days or less prior to arrival, the deposit of the 1st night would be forfeited. Cancellation insurance can be purchased 10 days or more from arrival for $30 to allow cancellation up to 10am on their arrival date.
